Medication Management

Dr. Jonathan Tsang earned his M.D. from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He completed his psychiatry residency at the San Mateo County Psychiatry Residency Training Program, followed by a Public Psychiatry Fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco.

He has a strong interest in cultural psychiatry and is passionate about working with the Asian American community. Dr. Tsang treats the full spectrum of mental health disorders, with a particular focus on individuals with severe mental illness, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia.

His approach to care is patient-centered, emphasizing that each person's values and goals are essential to developing a treatment plan. He views medication as only one component of a comprehensive strategy to improve your mental wellness.

Medication is most effective when it is part of a relationship built on trust, understanding, and a clear picture of who you are as a person.
